The funeral services for Toby Curtis Wagner, 31, of Loachapoka, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 26, 2008, at Bell Missionary Baptist Church in Auburn, AL, with burial in Shiloh Cemetery in Notasulga, AL, Rev. Eric D. Ingram will officiate.

Mr. Wagner, who passed away Sunday, July 20, 2008, in Auburn, AL, was born in Lee County, Alabama.

Public viewing for Mr. Wagner will be Friday, July 25, 2008 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The body will lie-in-state one hour prior to the services at the church.

Survivors include: two children, Kambriel and Zabrien Wagner; mother and step-father, Dorothy and Michael Pitts of Loachapoka, AL; father, John McCurty of Shorter, AL; two brothers, Tyrone Wagner of Notasulga, AL, and Travis Humphrey of Auburn, AL; two sisters, Natasha and Naquetta Pitts of Loachapoka, AL; a special friend, Eraann Frazier of Auburn, AL; grandmother, May Reecie Drake of Tuskegee, AL; grandfather Abedean Pitts of Auburn, AL; uncles, Eddie Wagner, John Wagner, Thomas Wagner, Sr., all of Loachapoka, AL, Ernest Chester Wagner of Opelika, AL, A.D. Robert Lynn Courtney Sr. died Tuesday, July 22.
Services will be held Friday, July 25 at West End Church of Christ at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in the Morning Star Baptist Church Cemetery, Verbena.

He is survived by his wife, Retha Courtney; and five children, Tarsha Courtney, LaTonya Courtney, Robert Lynn Courtney, Jr., Mariah Courtney and Krystal Courtney.
